THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Business Partner to join our dynamic team. As our HR Business Partner, you will have a crucial role in advancing our recruitment endeavours while managing various administrative tasks related to the daily operations of the People team.

Reporting directly to the Business Manager, you will play a key role in realizing the company’s People Plan, ensuring efficient operations throughout the entire employee lifecycle. This includes overseeing end-to-end recruitment processes and ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

  • Identify and recruit top-tier talent for high-level positions, including HD Fitters and Senior Leadership roles.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes and onboarding, ensuring timely and efficient hiring and a smooth positive transition into their roles.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs and preferences, providing regular updates on recruitment progress.
  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies, including talent searching and headhunting.
  • Create compelling job ads to effectively communicate our employer brand and attract suitable candidates.
  • Manage our HRMS and qualification matrix to ensure our People are ready for any site.
  • Assist in the travel planning of our Leadership and Field Support teams.
  • Continuously improve HR and recruitment policies, procedures, documents, forms and templates to enhance the overall employee experience.
  • Assist the Key Leadership team with various administration activities.
  • Serve as a liaison between the People function and Payroll.
  • Coordinate employee recognition, benefits programs and performance management.

We are seeking a bright, bubbly, and highly organised individual with a degree in Human Resources and extensive recruitment and HR experience. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:

  • Demonstrated capacity to effectively fill senior positions within strict timeframes, while handling multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Experience in a HR administration role in a fast-paced environment.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail with ability to maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work autonomously while also collaborating effectively with team members.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to follow and improve processes.
  • Professionalism and adaptability in interactions with diverse stakeholders.
  • Supportive and respectful demeanour, with a customer-centric approach to recruitment and HR.
  • Demonstrated experience in collating, analysing, and interpreting HR/workforce data.
